Participating in our Ladies Intermediate Sessions is a great way to see your surfing progress. Improve your technique and positioning in the water, increase your wave count and get the most out of every wave.

Our Ladies Intermediate Sessions run on Wednesday and Friday mornings 9.30am – 11am year round. We also offer a Intermediate Session for guys and girls on Saturday mornings. With a 1:6 ratio of coaches to participants we can ensure a personalized approach to our coaching.

When conditions allow we incorporate video analysis into our intermediate sessions.

f you dont see a session listed for a particular date that means we dont have an available coach. 

All sessions require a minimum of 3 to run. If less than 3 book we will notify you and give you the option to upgrade to a private session.
