At Cronulla Surfing Academy, we understand that plans can change. Here’s what you need to know about our refund and cancellation policy:

• 24 Hours’ Notice: If you can’t make your scheduled lesson, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. We’ll happily credit your session for future use.
• If a session is cancelled by CSA we will notify you by SMS and a lesson credit will be applied to your profile for future use.
• No Shows & Missed Lessons: Lessons missed without prior notice will not be credited or refunded.
• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partially used lesson packages or change of mind.
• Transfers: Can’t use your lessons anymore? You’re welcome to transfer your package to a friend or family member. Just get in touch with us to arrange the transfer.
